Catching Up With Sam - His 4 month check up

Our little guy had his 4 month check up on 9/2/08 and he weighed in at 17.14 lbs (92%) and was 26 3/4 long (94%). Plenty of baby to chew on. My poor little guy didn't like the shots to much - he screamed and made the saddest face I have ever seen him make - it almost made me cry! He is a trooper though and thank goodness for Baby Tylenol ... he passed out in the car on the ride home.

OK, so I had the best of intentions on keeping this blog up to date. How was I to know that my little Sam would take so much of my time. I thought the 12 weeks of maternity leave was going to be a vacation - boy was I wrong! While I have enjoyed every day of Sam's life I have not had a lot of time for anything else. So I will attempt to keep this blog some what up to date. I am trying to add video and update the blog with pictures of Sam so everyone can see how much he has grown. So bear with me - I have the new mom thing as an excuse to falling behind and I am using it. Once I do get caught up from the last 4 or so months I will make an effort to continue to make updates. Once I get the hang of this it will be pretty cool. So stay tuned for more exciting posts.
